Touché

Touché proposes a novel Swept Frequency Capacitive Sensing technique that can not only detect a touch event, but also recognize complex configurations of the human hands and body. Such contextual information significantly enhances touch interaction in a broad range of applications, from conventional touchscreens to unique contexts and materials

This is so ridiculously cool, it shouldn't even work. Just imagine the possibilities. We live in the future, and I love it.

Richard Feynman: No Ordinary Genius

What a coincidence, I just started reading "Sureley You're Joking, Mr. Feynman!", and then this great 90-minute documentary about him pops up on Kottke. I guess I will come back to this every time I doubt that I picked the right subject to study.

Oh. You made it all the way down here. Congratulations, you seem to be liking this so far. :) Time to get acquainted. I'm Marcel, this is where I put stuff on the internet. You can follow me on Twitter, read the about page (if you're into that sort of thing) or just explore this blog. Have fun & thanks for stopping by!
